The City of Angels witnessed widespread celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-game World Series title. Supporters worldwide joined Angelenos in celebration, marking the initial time in 25 years that a franchise has achieved consecutive championships.

Celebration Parade Draws Massive Crowds

Local celebrations included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and spontaneous parties throughout the city.

Online footage show thousands of Angelenos packing downtown streets, many carrying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The team was seen riding high on a open-top bus through the masses, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
